Sale of fresh trout

The real novelty consists in the breeding of “locally grown trout”, a technique rendered possible thanks to the use of a complex internal system of nets. Trout are bred in crystal clear, high mountain waters and naturally fed. Transparent eye, coloured coat and firm flesh.

It’s also possible to purchase fish depending on the season and the availability of the moment: brown trout, char, rainbow trout, salmon trout and yellow trout, sturgeon, eels and carp. Both retail and wholesale.

Kids have the possibility of fishing these easily and safely using the farm’s fishing rods, with a price supplement per kilo.
